Love coming to this pharmacy much better than the chain stores. They are so pleasant and always have my medication which is hard to get and always out at other pharmacies. I am grateful to have found it and do drive out of the way to come because it’s worth it. :)

Novi Pharmacy is a great place with great people. They have handled many of our prescription drug needs for years, especially for my 88-year-old mother-in-law. They are very helpful and informative, but the delivery option is truly unique in the field. We are glad we use Novi Pharmacy!

I recently started using this Novi Pharmacy for my medication needs and I am thoroughly impressed with their services. They offer a Free delivery service which is incredibly convenient and fast. The medications I have received have been top-notch and the prescription refill process is quick and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised by their wide selection of over-the-counter health and wellness products, including vitamins, supplements and home medical equipment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the technology they use to manage the pharmacy makes the process even more efficient. Novi Pharmacy is definitely a top notch pharmacy!! They give personal attention, auto renewal for refills, blister packaging and offer delivery to your home, and so much more. The pharmacists and staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful. I have been using them for many years and even fought with my insurance company when they tried to make me switch. I would never trust another pharmacy now They are the best! I recommend you give them a try, you won't be sorry.

I have been going here since their opening and they have ALWAYS made sure I have my medications! They are very nice, caring, and they do whatever they can to help their customers. They have no problem calling you to discuss any issues and figure them out with you. You can call them anytime and ask them questions as well and they will help you. That seems to be rare these days and it is so important for a business that handles people's meds to actually care. Thank you to all of you at Novi Pharmacy for going above And beyond for us! ❤️😊

I've used this pharmacy since they opened and during COVID. Outstanding service. Kind. Informative. The list of positive comments is abundant. Nothing negative about this business or the pharmacists. If you are local and still going to a "chain" store, you are making mistake.

I’ve had a great experience with this pharmacy in Novi, @novipharmacy and I especially want to highlight Amin. He is by far the best pharmacist I’ve dealt with—always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to answer questions clearly and makes sure you feel confident about your medications. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and approachable.
